Who are we?

Brick vastgoed is a young and spontaneous real estate agency based in Eindhoven. We help international companies (e.g. Philips and ASML) to find housing for their foreign employees (expats). We guide these expats in their search for rental housing. We also rent apartments and houses in the middle and higher segment and manage real estate portfolios for investors. We are a fun, fresh and driven team and love a good working atmosphere and sociability alongside work.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a driven commercial talent who likes to get to work. Preferably you have had an internship or (work) experience in the real estate industry. The housing market appeals to you and you enjoy helping people really well. You are characterized as someone who is easy to get along with, but also serious and responsible. In addition, you are a go-getter, communicative, quick, sharp and accurate. Administratively, you are structured and skilled, you have your affairs in good order. Finally, you have a good command of the Dutch and English language (most of your communication will be in English).

What can you expect?

The range of tasks includes:

  • Finding new rental properties and new tenants (outside our existing network),
  • Recording properties and listing them on the website,
  • Setting up and scheduling viewings with tenants and landlords,
  • Supervising viewings,
  • Clear communication and administration of agreements made,
  • Drawing up rental agreements,
  • Performing initial inspections,
  • Putting properties online,
  • You will help expats find their ideal home in and around Eindhoven,
  • You accompany the expats from the moment they leave abroad until the moment they have checked into their new home,
  • Answering the phone,
  • Administrative duties.

Job requirements

  • MBO+ HBO thinking and working level,
  • representative,
  • Fast paced in the market so able to switch very quickly,
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language in word and writing,
  • Knowledge of and active in social media (facebook, linkedin and twitter)
  • Independent and with spunk, not shy,
  • You are good at arranging and organizing,
  • Customer and service oriented, telephone contact does not scare you,
  • In possession of driving license and own car,
  • A flexible attitude without a 9 to 5 attitude
  • Some affinity/network with real estate and brokerage is an advantage,
  • Preferably living in the immediate vicinity of Eindhoven.

Also, you have a firm footing and a commercial attitude. The market is very fast-paced so you need to be able to change gears quickly, deal well with different types of people, listen and assess situations.
