It is important that you know if you are eligible to obtain a mortgage and know what budget you have. We will connect you to the experts.
Start Your Search
Step 3
Together we will start your search and focus on the area and typology of the home. This involves also the payment of the non refundable start up costs.
Viewings
Step 4
We will guide you so you know exactly what to focus on so you are completely supported throughout the process. Goal is to secure your new property within 3 to 5 viewings. Max 7 a 8 viewings are supported.
Prepping Offer
Step 5
We do our homework about the legal ins and outs, the value of the property, and all the important details. After that, we prepare the offer together.
Negotiations
Step 6
We make the offer on your behalf and will keep you closely informed about your rights and advise on the next steps.
Contract Phase
Step 7
We check all the legal documentation and explain the Dutch purchase agreement so you understand what you are signing.
Final Inspection
Step 8
You have the right to inspect the property one last time before the transfer date. We will be there to support you.
Notary
Step 9
On this day, you sign the official transfer deed of ownership and the deed of mortgage. You will also receive the keys.
Receive the Keys
Step 10
On the date of transfer, you will receive the keys.
